Our Story
EliteCare Transportation was born from a personal experience. Our founder witnessed firsthand how difficult it was for a family member to access reliable, dignified medical transportation in Virginia. Too often, patients were left waiting, uncomfortable, or treated as an afterthought.
We set out to change that. Since 2015, EliteCare has been providing non-emergency medical transportation that puts patients first — with trained, compassionate drivers, well-maintained vehicles, and a commitment to punctuality that healthcare providers and families can count on.
Today, we serve patients across Richmond and the surrounding Central Virginia communities — Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, Goochland, Powhatan, New Kent, and Charles City Counties. Our fleet has grown, our team has expanded, but our mission has never changed: to treat every passenger with the dignity and care they deserve.
